notable improvements

Since taking this I have had a noticed an improvement with regards to the prolonged intensity to my training. I would recommend :-)

something extra

In regards to my training, i think i have it all dialled in so in terms of supplementation I am always looking for something to give me a little extra edge.

I have never really considered taking creatine but having heard good things I thought id give it a go.

So midway through my creatine cycle, I would say that I have noticed that i seem to be able to push the higher weights for longer (I track my training)

All in all, i would def recommend this to anyone who wants to add that little more to their training
