You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
If an item or flavour is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the item for a similar product at no extra cost to you. However if you are unhappy with the substituted item, you can return the product at no extra cost to you. (Please see the 'Returns Policy' section).

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges and any other charges as set out in the 'Delivery Costs' section. Some items may incur extra charges because of the item being particularly heavy or being subject to an installation charge. Wherever possible we have made every effort to highlight these items. However, before your order is confirmed and accepted, we may contact you to inform you of any further charges.
Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the 'Payment' section and payment will be debited and cleared from your account.
You confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery Of Order
Although we endeavour to dispatch most stock item orders the same day, please allow 24-96hrs for deliveries. Certain non stock items, and those items made to your specifications, may take longer. Unless we have stated otherwise in writing delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any quoted delivery date.
Once and order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel. Please do not refuse to accept delivery of an order as a way of cancellation. If delivery of an order is refused the goods will be returned to us by our carriers. We will be charged for this return and we will deduct these charges, plus handling charges, from any refund amount.
Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, product sizes, colours, flavours and prices are correct. Sizes and flavours stated are described as provided by the manufacturer.If an item or flavour is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the item for a similar product at no extra cost to you. Prices
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to human or technical error, G'rilla Fitness shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price. G'rilla Fitness shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and monies have been set aside on your credit card. Basis of Sale
When you click on "Buy Now" at the checkout on the website, or telephone on the mail order line, you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions. If your order is acknowledged online, you will be notified of this soon after you submit your order. Please note that as the acknowledgement is sent to you automatically, an error may have been made of which we are not aware despite our best efforts (please see under 'Non-acceptance of an order' heading). Delivery Costs
Prices apply to UK delivery only. For orders that are deemed as heavy goods, or that are made to your specifications (see in the full description), please email help@grillafitness.com as extra costs may apply. Orders placed online, regardless of this request to call, will not be accepted.Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the goods are faulty or damaged. You must notify us within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the Products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the returned items are not in a re-saleable "as new" condition a refund may not be possible. If items are missing from your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
In the case where a customer has noted that there are items missing in the order.
We will ask the courier company to provide measured weights of the items package to ascertain the contents of the delivered parcel. It is our policy to only replace items that have been reported missing.
If a refund is requested by a customer due to reported missing items we will ask them to fill out and sign a declaration to facilitate our investigation into the missing items. As this is a legal document we will ask the customer to sign and date the document and return this by post. We reserve the right to only only action a refund until an investigation is fully carried out.
We will not be able to process any refunds until we have received the returned document.
Note:
Goods must be returned to our head office within 14 days of notifying our sales advisors. Returns are sent at your own expense. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Returns Checklist (please ensure you follow all the points below to minimise any delay in dealing with your exchange or return).
Please wrap the item securely for transit using the original packaging. Please do not mark or deface the manufacturers packaging.
Please post goods back to us ensuring that they packed and labelled carefully. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. We also recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or used a recorded delivery service whenever possible.
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
