Excellent so far

Been on thess feel great more energy and not sluggish been in gym over 2 hours everyday weight is dropping off update when done with these

Part of my daily regime now, I keep them in my drawer at work and take two of these with my lunch. Easy to swallow and keeps me feeling energised
